Abstract: This article does not only investigate the current status of knowledge,atitude,and practice (KAP)regarding foodborne diseasesamong medical staffinarehabilitationandconvalescencecenter,butalsoanalyzes influencingfactors, aiming to provide reference for improving their profesional knowledge offoodborne diseases.InJuly to August 2024,a foodborne disease KAPquestionnaire wasadministeredto 243 medical staff.The average score onthe foodbornedisease KAP questionnaire was 21.27±2.76 .Medical staff's scores on foodborne disease knowledge and atitude,knowledge and behavior, and attitude and behavior were positively correlated (r=O.314, O.298, O.561, all p<0.001 ). Age, years of work experience, and whether foodborne disease-relatedtasks were involved inthepast year were the main influencing factorsofmedial staff's KAPregarding foodbore diseases.The atitudeof medical stafftowards foodborne diseases played a partial mediating role betweenknowledgeandbehavior,withatotalefectvalueofO.333andanindirecteffctofO.142,accountigfor57.6%fthe totaleffect.Inconcusion,teprofessionalkowldgeleveloffoodboediseassamongmedicalstaffintisabiliaionand convalescence center is relativelylow.It is necessry toenhance the assessmentoftheir KAPregarding foodbornediseases. Additionally,revelant measures should be taken to further strengthen professional training basedonthecharacteristics and influencing factorsof their KAP,thereby improving their knowledge,attitude,and practice.
