Abstract: Inorder to improve theeficiencyof food quality inspection,rapid detection technology is used to detect pesticide residues,microbial contamination,and heavy metals.The studyanalyzes the application efects of techniques such as immunochromatographyand near-infrared spectroscopy,and explores their application advantages indiferent detection fields.Rapid detection technology significantlyshortens thedetectioncycle,improves inspection accuracyand stability,andoptimizes resourcealocationandcost control.The research provides strong support forthe innovationand practical application offood safety testing technology.
