Research on the Application of Solid Phase Extraction and Purification Combined with HPLC-MS/MS to Detect Quinoethanol in Meat and Aquatic Products

Abstract: Inorder to establishan eficient detection method forquinoethanol residues in meatandaquatic products, solid phase extraction (SPE) purification combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) technology is used to optimize pretreatment and instrument analysis conditions.The results show that quinoethanol is linearly good in the range of 0.5~50.0ng/mL (R =0.999 6),the detectionlimit is (2号 0.3μg/kg ,and the quantitative limit is 1.0μg/kg ; the standard recovery rate of low, medium and high added concentrations is 89.5%~97.2%,relative standard deviation (SRSD)⩽4.1% . In the test of 20 commercial samples,4 of which are detected with quinoethanol (1.8~4.2 |μg/|kg g),all of which do not exceed the standard. This method is sensitive, accurate and stable,and can be used for daily detection of quinoethanol residues in meat and aquatic products.
