Abstract: As thecore carierof human staple food supply,the safetyof grainandoilisdirectly related topublic health and foodsecurity.Mycotoxin pollution is the major risk hazards ingrainandoil storageand circulation.Traditional detectiontechnologyisdiffculttomeetthe needsofrapidscreening inthewholechainduetothe limitationsofcomplex operation,long durationand highcost.Therefore,this paperdiscusses thescreening measures of mycotoxins ingrain and oil,basedontherapiddetectiontechnology,inrdertoprovide echnicalsupportandpracticalreference formproving the risk prevention and control ability of mycotoxins in grain and oil, and ensuring food safety.
