Abstract： Heavy metal detection inagricultural products is an important link in ensuring food safety，whilesample pretreatment，asakeystep inthedetectionproces，directlyaffects theaccuracyandreliabilityofthedetectionresults. This article systematically analyzes theproblems of pollution introduction，elementloss，andcomplex operation inthe pretreatment processof heavy metal detection samples in agricultural products.Based on diffrent sample types and detection needs，strategies such as optimizing sampling methods，standardizing container processing，and improving digestion techniques are proposed.The research results indicate that by scientificall selecting preprocessing methods and strictlycontroling experimental conditions，thedetectionaccuracycanbe effectivelyimproved，providing technical support for the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.
