Dietary Guidance in Athletes' Sports Training

Abstract: Dietary guidance in sports training serves as a crucial support for enhancing athletes'competitive performanceand physicalfunction,anditsscientificand targetednature directlyinfluences thetransformationof training outcomes and the prevention and control of sports injuries.This paper analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of diferentsports basedonphysiological demands atvarious training stages,considers individual metabolicdiferences among athletes,systematicallyreviews the principles of dietary componentratios,and clarifiesthelogic of intake timing tooptimize theimplementation pathwayof nutritional supplementation.Bydynamicalladjustingthe intake proportions ofcarbohydrate,protein,andfat intakeand supplementing with vitamins and minerals,athletes can efectively improve their endurance reserves,enhance power output,and boost recovery eficiency.Based onthe phased goals of the training cycle, a three stage dietary guidance model is established, encompassing pre-competition energy reserves, intracompetition immediate replenishment,and post-competition recoveryand conditioning,which emphasizes personalized dietary customization and dynamic monitoring,and provides practical reference for the scientific implementation of sports training.
