Construction and Optimization of Food Safety Risk Assessment Model Integrated with Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: Food safety risk assessment is acore link in the modern public health system and is directly related to the physical healthand lifesafetyof people.Traditional risk assessment methodsare confronted with aseries of challenges suchas insufficientdata processingcapabilities,low targeting precision ofregulation,and lagging early warning mechanisms.This study systematically constructs a food safety risk asessment model integrating artificial intelligence technology.Byintegrating cuting-edge technologies suchasmachine learning,deep learning,blockchain and the Internet ofThings,a multi-level and inteligentriskassessmentandearly warning system is established.The research proposes adata-driven three-dimensional assessmentframework,includingahazard identificationlayer,arisk quantification layer,anda decisionsupport layer,andconducts in-depth critical analysis on technical botlenecks such as model interpretability, data standardization, and cross-domain collaboration.
