Research on Food Additive Testing Technology and Safety Evaluation

Abstract: The application of foodadditives is of great significance for improving sensory quality,extending shelf life, and enhancing processing eficiency.However,the illgaladdition,abuseof aditivesand their potentialsafety hazards canstantly threaten public health safety.This study takes the miniaturization and intellgence of detection technology as the breakthrough point,and aims to construct a precise and dynamic evaluation system. Through interdisciplinary integration,a new method for quality supervision and management of food additives is formed.
