Analysis ofPractical Dilemmas and Resolution Paths in Grassroots Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract:To improve thequalityand eficiencyof grassroots food inspectionand test,and consolidate the grassroots defense line for food safety,this paper analyzes the practical dilemmas faced by grassroots food inspectionand testing, including lagging equipmentconfiguration,insufficient projectcoverage,shortageof professional talents,andrelatively lowdigitalizationlevel.Theanalysis indicates thatthesedilemmas are intertwined,restricting thegrassroots inspection and testing'saccurate identificationand eficient preventionandcontrol offood safetyrisks.Onthis basis,targeted resolution paths are proposed to addressthe practical challenges in grassroots food inspection and testing.
