Challenges and Countermeasures of Food Safety Governance in the Prepared Food Industry

Abstract: This paper analyzes the prominent challngescurrently faced by the prepared food industry,including great difculties inrisk preventionandcontrol,the struggleofregulatoryeficiency tokeeppace with industrydevelopment, and insuffcient implementation of enterprises'primary responsibilities.Furthermore,it proposes countermeasures such as strengtheningtherisk preventionandcontrol system,innovating regulatory methods in lightof industrydevelopment trends,and reinforcing enterprises' primary responsibilities and credit constraints.The research aims to provide theoretical referenceandpractical guidance foraddressing the predicament offood safety governance inthe prepared food industry and promoting its healthy and sustainable development.
