Abstract:The widespreadapplicationofveterinarydrugs inlivestockandaquaculture has increased th riskofdrug residues inanimalderivedfoods.Ultra-high performance liquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)technology hasbecome the mainstreamtechnologyfordetecting multipleresidues of veterinarydrugs infooddue toits highseparation efciency,sensitivityandselectivity.ThisaticesytematicalyeviewsteapplicationstatusofUPLC-M/Stechologyin the detection ofmultipleresidues of veterinarydrugs infod matrices suchaslivestock and poultrymeat,aquatic products,and dairyproducts.Itanalyskeytechicalbotleneckssuchasmatrixefectsandpretreatmentefciencyinthdetectionprocess, andproposesthicaloptiationrategiesfromtspctsofmplepetreatmentoizationsumentparameterngnd matrix fect elimination,aiming to improve the level ofmulti-residue detectionoffood and veterinary drugs.
