Deconstruction of Constraints and Enhancement Pathways for Scientific Research Capabilities in Food and Drug Inspection Institutions

Abstract: The paper systematically analyzes the core constraints on scientific research development in China's food and drug inspection institutions,and proposes practical, innovative enhancement pathways to provide scientific support for strengthening their research capabilities and optimizing regulatory eficiency. Combining literature analysis and regulatory practice,itdeconstructs research constraintsacross fourdimensions—resource allcation,science and technology management,talent development,and industry-university-research-application (I-U-R-A)collaboration and puts forward targeted countermeasures. Optimizing resource recycling systems,establishing regulatory-oriented research mechanisms,strengthening collaborative talent training,and deepening I-U-R synergy can significantly enhance thecore research competitivenessof inspection institutions.It provides technical assurance for food and drug safety supervision and high-quality industrial development.
