Abstract：This article aims toanalyze theresults of national food safety supervision and sampling inspection of fruit products from 2018 to 2O24.Methods： Analyze the information on non-conforming samples offruit products sampled by the NationalFood Safety Supervision from 2018 to 2024，basedonthe number ofsamples，non-conforming rate，nonconforming items，andsales methods.Theresult shows that，inrecent years，the totalnumberofsampled fruit products has shownan upward trend.The unqualifiedrate decreased from 2018 to 2O22 butrebounded from 2O2 to 2023.Therefore， the quantitiessoldonlineandofline were roughlybalanced.Inconclusion，nationalsupervisionoffruitproducts hasbeen significantlyeffective，butfurther improvements are needed，including reasonablyadjusting the frequencyandquantity of sampling.
