Abstract:This article aims toanalyze theresults of national food safety supervision and sampling inspection of fruit products from 2018 to 2O24.Methods: Analyze the information on non-conforming samples offruit products sampled by the NationalFood Safety Supervision from 2018 to 2024,basedonthe number ofsamples,non-conforming rate,nonconforming items,andsales methods.Theresult shows that,inrecent years,the totalnumberofsampled fruit products has shownan upward trend.The unqualifiedrate decreased from 2018 to 2O22 butrebounded from 2O2 to 2023.Therefore, the quantitiessoldonlineandofline were roughlybalanced.Inconclusion,nationalsupervisionoffruitproducts hasbeen significantlyeffective,butfurther improvements are needed,including reasonablyadjusting the frequencyandquantity of sampling.
