AbstractSince the18thNational CongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina，thecountryhasattached greatimportance to cultivatingthespiritofcraftsmanship.Asthemainbatlefieldforcultivatingskilledtalents，vocationalcollgeshave integratedthespiritofcraftsmanship intothe talent training system， which is aninevitablerequirementforserving China's strategic transformation from a "Big Manufacturing Country" to a "Strong Manufacturing Country". The spirit of craftsmanshipontains theconnotationsofpersistence，focus，excellence，meticulousness，and pursuitofexcellence，and its integration into talentcultivation has multiplevalues.Toachieveeective integrationofthe two，it is necessaryto promote collaborative eforts from four dimensions： teaching， practice，culture，and evaluation： optimizing curiculum， inovating models，and strengthening faculty in teaching;Depen the integration of industryand education，promote learning through competition，and support entrepreneurship and inovation in practice; Carry out themed cultural activities，construct acommunication matrix，anddemonstrate exemplaryroles; Establish multidimensional indicators for evaluation，improve feedback mechanisms，and strengthen theapplication of evaluation results.
