AbstractSince the18thNational CongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina,thecountryhasattached greatimportance to cultivatingthespiritofcraftsmanship.Asthemainbatlefieldforcultivatingskilledtalents,vocationalcollgeshave integratedthespiritofcraftsmanship intothe talent training system, which is aninevitablerequirementforserving China's strategic transformation from a "Big Manufacturing Country" to a "Strong Manufacturing Country". The spirit of craftsmanshipontains theconnotationsofpersistence,focus,excellence,meticulousness,and pursuitofexcellence,and its integration into talentcultivation has multiplevalues.Toachieveeective integrationofthe two,it is necessaryto promote collaborative eforts from four dimensions: teaching, practice,culture,and evaluation: optimizing curiculum, inovating models,and strengthening faculty in teaching;Depen the integration of industryand education,promote learning through competition,and support entrepreneurship and inovation in practice; Carry out themed cultural activities,construct acommunication matrix,anddemonstrate exemplaryroles; Establish multidimensional indicators for evaluation,improve feedback mechanisms,and strengthen theapplication of evaluation results.
