Research on the Practice ofBuilding a "Dual-Tutor" Team for Retail Management Trainees in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of School Enterprise Collaboration

AbstractDriven by the dual forces of digital transformationand consumption upgrading,the retail industry has an increasingly urgent demand for compound management talents. As a keycarrier connecting the talent supply between schools and enterprises,the higher vocational management trainee program directly afects the talent reserve and sustainable development of retail enterprises.Based on the post characteristicsof the retail industryand the laws of highervocatioal talentculiationndsupportedbyehool-nterprisecolaborationtory,tispapersatically analyzes thecurrnt practical dilemmas in the construction of the "dual-tutor" team for higher vocational retail management trainees.From four dimensions: selection mechanism,collaboration mode,training path and guarantee system,it exploresapracticalplanfortheconstructionofthe"dual-tutor"team withretailindustrycharacteristics,aiming to provide practicalreferenceforthe in-depth cooperationbetweenhigher vocationalcoleges andretailenterprises and the improvement of the training quality of management trainees.
