Exploration on the Innovative Paths of Vocational Education Curriculum Construction under the Guidance of Post Competence

AbstractThe article focuses on the practical needs of vocational education curiculum constructionunderthe guidance of job competence,analyzes thereal background of industrial transformation, jobchanges,and vocational education quality construction,points out thatthere arestill problemssuch as insufficient connectionbetweencurriculumgoals and job standards,lackofpracticalresources,limiteddatasupply,andunstabledual teachercolaboration.Itproposes ways to refine curiculum goals by aligning job standards, strengthen practice and data supply,buildcase course groups,and improvethe mechanismof school enterprise dualteacher collaboration.Research suggests that curriculum development should becenteredaround job tasks, with competency elements as thecoreandcolaborative mechanisms asthe support. The sustainability of the curriculum should be enhancedthrough methods such as task scripts,situational cases,resource libraries, and version management.
