Application and Effect Evaluation of Synchronous Clinical Rotation in Obstetric Simulation Teaching

(DepartmentofObstetrics,The SecondAfiliated HospitalofGuilinMedical College,Guilin,Guangxi) AbstractObjective:To explore theapplicationofsynchronous clinicalrotationteaching methodinobstetricssimulation teaching.Method:86doctors who interned inthe Obstetrics Departmentof the SecondAffiliated Hospitalof Guilin Medical Collge from May2023to December2024 were selectedanddivided intoacontrol group (43using traditional teaching methods)andanobservation group(43 using synchronous clinical rotationteaching methods)based on teaching differences.Observeandcompare the CTDI-CVscores,evaluationof teachingmethods,self-evaluationofability development,and assessment results between two groups.Result: The CTDI-CV score of the observation group was higherthan thatofthecontrolgroup;Theobservationgroup showed significantly beter self-evaluationof teaching methodsandabilitydevelopment;Theperformanceof theobservation groupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05 ).Conclusion: The application effect of synchronous clinical rotation teachingmethodissignificant,whichsignificantlyimprovesthecriticalthnking,operationalnorms,ndcomprehensive decision-making levelofobstetric interns.Compared with traditional methods,the teaching efect has outstanding advantages and can be widely promoted in obstetrics and gynecology and other high practical disciplines.
