AbstractThe industrial developmentofQinghai's "Four KeyAreas"hascreatedanurgentdemand forregionaltalent cultivation，yettraditional online general education courses suferfrom ineffciencies inresourceanalysis andlagging interactivesupport.Addressing theselimitations，thisstudyconstructsanAI-drivendigitaleachingmodelthatintegrates intellgent MOOCresourceanalysis，intellgent interactivesupport，integrated learningspaces，knowledgegraph applications，and student performance data analysis.By leveraging technology to enhance the alignment between knowledgedeliveryand instruction，this modelenablessystematic teachingresources，personalizedlearning support，and data-driven teachingdecisions.Itaims toprovideaninnovativepathway for general education inregional industries， empowering talentcultivationin Qinghai's "FourKeyAreas"and the digital transformationofhighereducation.
