AbstractThe industrial developmentofQinghai's "Four KeyAreas"hascreatedanurgentdemand forregionaltalent cultivation,yettraditional online general education courses suferfrom ineffciencies inresourceanalysis andlagging interactivesupport.Addressing theselimitations,thisstudyconstructsanAI-drivendigitaleachingmodelthatintegrates intellgent MOOCresourceanalysis,intellgent interactivesupport,integrated learningspaces,knowledgegraph applications,and student performance data analysis.By leveraging technology to enhance the alignment between knowledgedeliveryand instruction,this modelenablessystematic teachingresources,personalizedlearning support,and data-driven teachingdecisions.Itaims toprovideaninnovativepathway for general education inregional industries, empowering talentcultivationin Qinghai's "FourKeyAreas"and the digital transformationofhighereducation.
