AbstractIn the perspectiveofindustryeducation integration，thecoordinated development ofvocational educationand continuing education plays a positiverole inoptimizing talent supply，opening uplifelong leaming channels，and improving educationquality.Inorder tocomprehensively promote theintegrationofvocational educationandcontinuing education， this article deeply studies the educational models and functional values ofboth，analyzes the necesityofintegration，and proposes to build an integratedtraining system guided by industrydemand; Building a flexible leaming mechanism with lifelonglarming as the goal; With governance eficiencyas thecore，weaimto improvethe integrationand implementation pathofclosed-loopcolaborative guarante，comprehensively enhance the matching degree between talentcultivationand industrydemand，improve therules forrecognizing and converting leaming outcomes，and promote theconstructionofa learming society.
