Exploration on the Practical Paths of Ideological and Political Education in Private Colleges and Universities under System Thinking

AbstractPrivate universities play an important role in expanding education supply and promoting diversification of highereducation.However，itsideologicalandpolitical educationstillfaces certaichallenges intermsofsystemintegrity internalandextealcoordination，anddynamicadaptabilitymanifestedasstructuraldefectsinhecurrculumsytem， insufcientlinkage between intemalandextemalelements，and inadequatedynamicadaptabilityoftheeducationsystem. Private universities can optimize theircuriculum system by improving top-level design，constructing multi-dimensional interactive education mechanisms，and promoting the continuous evolution of the education system. They can promote theformationofascientific，systematic，andsustainable ideologicalandpoliticaleducationmodel，enablingthemtobeter undertake the historical misson of cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality， intelligence， physical fitness，aesthetics，and labor skills.
