Path Exploration of Expressive Art Group Workshops in Promoting the Psychological Resilience Development of Vocational College Students in Xinjiang

AbstractExpressiveart group workshops are an effective carrier for promoting the psychologicalresilience development of vocational colege students in Xinjiang and a distinctive path that meets the psychological development needs of multi-ethnic students.Relyingon Xinjiang's regional culture and follwing the lawof students' growth,this paper proposes specific practical strategies from four aspects: creating customized healing scenarios,constructing a step-bystep art experience,building a multi-dimensional colaborative long-term mechanism,and expanding online-offline participation paths.Itaims to promote the deep integrationofthe healing value ofexpressive artand thecultivation of psychological resilienceofvocational college students in Xinjiang,and help students improve their abilities in emotion regulation, stress coping and social adaptation.
