Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Simulated Court Course under the Guidance of Off-campus Internship

AbstractMock court courses andoffcampus intemships are both important components oflegal practice teaching.The article analyzes the supportive value of simulated court courses for subsequent off campus internships from three perspectives： educational psychology，ability development，and literacyenhancement.However，in traditional teaching practice，the conmection between simulated courtroom courses and off campus internships is very weak.To promote highquality integration between simulated courtcourses and offcampus internships，the article proposes four specific suggestions for teaching reform in simulated court courses.Firstly，increase the frequencyofoffcampus internship teaching scenarios; Secondly，introduce expertresoures from exteral intershipunits todeeplyparticipate incurriculum construction; Once again， explore improving thecurriculum evaluationsystem toasstin thereasonable arrangementof internship diversionin thefuture; Finally，establishanoffcampus internshipdatabase topromotecontinuous improvement of mock court courses.
