AbstractExploring theconstructionofcolege "One-Stop" studentcommunitybasedon fieldtheory helps to understand the operation mechanism of student community from the perspectives of overallstructure，resource relations and behavioral logic. Aiming at the current deficiencies in the construction ofcollege "One-Stop" student communities， coleges anduniversitiesneedtostrengthentop-leveldesign，promote field integration，and formaunified goalsystem; optimize resource allcation to realize the virtuous cycle and transformation of cultural capital， social capital and organizationalcapital; improvesystemsand incentive mechanisms to guide students totransform from pasive participation to active participation.Furthermore，it promotes the transformationof student communities fromaffir managementorientedto education-oriented，realizes theorganic combinationofserviceand education，andtrulybuilds anewpattern of full-staff， whole-process and all-round education.
