Research on the Collaborative Education Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of "Al-staff, Whole-process, and All-dimensional Education"

AbstractThe colaborative education mechanism is an important carrier for vocational colleges to implement the concept of "three comprehensive education".The article analyzes the practical obstacles faced by vocational collges in the construction ofcollaborative education mechanisms from four dimensions: educationsubject,process,resources, and system. It points out the problems of dispersed subjects,fragmented processes,scattered resources,and weak institutional support. On this basis,optimization paths such as establishing a cross role colaboration mechanism, reconstructingtheeducation process chain,buildingaresource integration platform,and improving the institutionalized operation system are proposed,aiming to promote the formation ofa clear and stable education collaboration mechanism in vocational colleges,and provide organizational support for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.
