Construction of Police Training Curriculum System in Public Security Colleges under the Guidance of Combat Needs

AbstractThe construction of the police training curriculum system in public security coleges is directly related to the qualityand practical effectivenessofpolice talentcultivation.Therearestillsignificantshortcomings inthecurrent course content arrangement， teaching organization methods，and implementation mechanisms in terms of their connection with practical situations，which have affected the training effectivenessand ability generation. Basedon practical needs orientation，the reconstruction of the curiculum system needs to be carried out around the attributes of training tasks， job competency standards，and practical ability structure，reflecting the systematic integration with professional requirements.Optimizing course design， improving teaching organizational forms，and adjusting course operation mechanisms can efectively enhance the job adaptability and targeted education of the currculum system， and promote the construction of a practical training system for public security collges and universities.
