Research on the "Five-Dimensional" Innovative Development of Local Private Colleges and Universities under the Impact-Response Model

AbstractAt present，local private colleges anduniversitiesarefacing multiple exteral impacts suchasstricterpolicies， resource competitionand higher socialexpectations，and there is anurgent need to buildaresilientandforward-looking response mechanism. Based on the five-dimensional pressures bome by private collges and universities，this paper proposes a "five-dimensional" pressure relief mechanism from the perspectiveof the "impact-response"theory，which caries out mechanismdesign from fiveaspects：cognition，organization，action，guarantee andevaluation.Onthis basis， it explores theinnovative development pathoffive-dimensional coordination，aiming toprovidetheoreticalsupport for local private colleges and universities to seek opportunities in crises and make steady progress.
