Exploration on Secondary Vocational Mental Health Education Strategies Based on Cultivating Students' Psychological Qualities

Abstract In order to enhance the effectiveness of vocational school mental health educationand promote the adaptation of vocational school students' psychological qualities and career development, this article focuseson the characteristics and practical needs of vocational school students'psychological development,andexplores thecore issues of psychological qualitycultivation.The article analyzes the current difficulties in vocational school mental health education, such as the disconnect between theoretical and practical teaching content, utilitarian training concepts,fragmentedcollaborative mechanisms,single evaluationmethods,and fixed practical forms.Combining with the vocationalorentationcharacteristics ofvocational education,targetedstrategies areproposed,includingcultivating in accordance with the vocational context, focusing on shaping growth difficulties,linking multiple resource support, innovating evaluation systems,and enriching vocationalexperience carriers.Theaimis toprovide practicalreferences for improving thevocational school mental health education system,enhancing the efectiveness of psychological quality training, and promoting the comprehensive development of vocational school students.
