Reconstruction of Funding Education Mechanism under the "One-Stop" Community Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractWith the continuous deepening of vocational education reform in our country，the work of supporting and educating students has also undergone a critical transformation，shifting from a single economic asistance to the cultivation of students'comprehensive abilities.The traditional funding model has exposed problems suchas scattred resources and weakened educational functions in practice，making it difficult to meet the comprehensive development needs of vocational college students in the new era.The "one-stop" community model，as a new form of student management and service，provides a new direction for optimizing the funding and education mechanism due to its integratedandclose tostudentcharacteristics.Thearticlefocusesonthereconstructionpathofthefundingandeducation mechanism for vocational colleges under the "one-stop" community model，and collaborates from multiple dimensions such asresource integration，process penetration，capacitystrengthening，and evaluation feedbacktocreateanew funding and education mechanism with distinctive vocational college characteristics.
