Consistent Dual Tutorial System: A New Mechanism for Cultivating Top Innovative Talents under the Guidance of the New Medical Education Concept

AbstractUnder the background that the new medical education concept promotes the reform of medical education, cultivating top innovative talents has become the core task of medical colleges and universities to serve the national health strategy.Atpresent,inthecultivationof topmedical talents,thetraditionaltutorialsystemhas problems suchas insufcient pertinence,lack ofintegrationand absenceofconsistency.Guided bythe "newconcept,new structure,new model,new qualityand newsystem"of new medical education,this paper proposes an innovative training mechanism of "consistent dual tutorial system",focusingon constructing a system framework from three dimensions: clasified selection,integrated tutoringandconsistentguarantee.Itaimstosovethetrainngbotlenecks,provideapracticalplan for the cultivation oftop inovative medical talents under the backgroundof new medical education,and help improve the quality of independent training of medical talents.
