AbstractWiththedeep integrationofAI technologyintovarious fieldsofsociety，themodermizationof education is enteringanewstagecharacterizedbyinteligence.Inthiscontext，ideologicalandpolitical workforcollegestudents is facingunprecedentedopportunitiesandchalenges，anditisurgenttoadoptnewthinkingandmethodstoadapttothe continuously changing educational environment.The article systematically expounds and analyzes the functional atributesand inherentcharacteristicsof "AIcounselors"and humancounselors，analyzes the important significanceof theircollaborativemechanisminimprovingtheeffectivenessofideologicalandpoliticalwork，andproposesimplementation strategiessuchasbuilding hierarchicalcolaboration，supporting precisedecision-making，adaptingtohuman-machine collboration，andensuring collaborativequality，aiming toimprove thequalityand effctivenessof ideological and political education in universities，and provide guarantees for cultivating outstanding talents needed bythe times.
