AbstractWiththedeep integrationofAI technologyintovarious fieldsofsociety,themodermizationof education is enteringanewstagecharacterizedbyinteligence.Inthiscontext,ideologicalandpolitical workforcollegestudents is facingunprecedentedopportunitiesandchalenges,anditisurgenttoadoptnewthinkingandmethodstoadapttothe continuously changing educational environment.The article systematically expounds and analyzes the functional atributesand inherentcharacteristicsof "AIcounselors"and humancounselors,analyzes the important significanceof theircollaborativemechanisminimprovingtheeffectivenessofideologicalandpoliticalwork,andproposesimplementation strategiessuchasbuilding hierarchicalcolaboration,supporting precisedecision-making,adaptingtohuman-machine collboration,andensuring collaborativequality,aiming toimprove thequalityand effctivenessof ideological and political education in universities,and provide guarantees for cultivating outstanding talents needed bythe times.
