The Practical Path of Psychological Health Education for College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

AbstractCurrentlymental health education inuniversities is facing practical chalenges suchas outdatedconcepts, monotonous courses, and weak implementation. Positive psychology emphasizes focusing on individual strengths, stimulatingpotential,andachievingpsychological growth,providingtheoreticalsupportforthetransformationofmental health education.Fromthe perspectiveofpositive psychology,this articlesystematicalleviews its coreconceptsand their alignment with mental health education forcollge students.Itanalyzes existing issues inthecurrenteducational process acrossconceptual,currcular,and practical dimensions,then proposes pathways such as reshaping the psychological education orientation through "positive construction," building a thre-dimensional curiculum systemof"well-beingresilience- meaning,"andfosteringa "psychologicalempowerment" educationcommunity.The aimis toprovideareference for universities in establishing a scientific, systematic, and collaborative mental health education mechanism.
