AbstractAgainst thebackdropofthenational push for educational digitalization，this article focuses onthe practical needs ofempowering universitycounselors withdigital tools for precision ideologicaland political work，analyzing the challengesfaced incurrent practices.Building on this，thestudyconstructs atripartitecounselor digital literacy system encompassng "digital securityprotection-digital technical literacy-digital developmentandapplication."Itfurther elaborates on addresing four key isues： mitigating AI emotional recognition biases， managing data privacy risks， overcoming technical ideological and political adaptation barriers，and bridging digital literacy gaps.Subsequently， it proposes advanced strategies tooptimize platformcariers， integrate social resources，andstimulate intrinsic motivation， aiming to depen the integration of digital empowerment with precision ideologicaland political work.This seeks to enhancethe effctiveness ofideological and political educationand providedigital support formodernizing education.
