AbstractThe article takes theagricultural product storage and processing majorof Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Agricultural Schoolasaspecificcase，anddeeplyanalyzes thecurrnt development status of integrated talentcultivation insecondaryandhigher vocational education intheregion.Onthis basis，the focus isonexploring theinnovative talent cultivation modelof"onegoal，twounification，threedocking，andfour integration"basedonthe professionalsupportof Ningxia Goji Modem Industry College. This model aims to facilitate the growth of technical and skilled talents， comprehensively enhance students' professional skills and employment competitiveness，and provide practical reference for similar universities in Ningxia and even the western region to promote the integration of industry and education and serve the development of regional characteristic industries.
