Research on the Construction and Application of Quality Evaluation Index System for Practical Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractAtpresent,thequalityevaluationofpractical teachingofideologicalandpoliticalcourses inhigher vocational colleges has prominent problems such as generalized standards,fragmented dimensions and single evaluation subject, whichare dificult toadapt tothecore goalofvalueguidanceandtheconceptofschool-enterprisecollaborativeeducation. To getridof this dilemma,theconstruction ofthe evaluationsystem folows the principles of moral education and talent cultivation,shol-enterprise-society-familycolaboration,andscientificoperabilityBasedon Kirkpatrick'sModel,it builds athre-level evaluationsystem including 4first-levelidicators (teaching process,teaching effect,behaviorchange, and growth and development),8 second-level indicators and 20third-level indicators.The index weights are determined by the group decision-making methodand the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).This systemcan be applied to multiple scenarios such as in-class practice,school-enterprise training and social services,realizing the ful-cycle dynamic evaluation,and providing strong support for improving the qualityofideological and political teaching and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
