Construction of Talent Training Model for Oral Medicine Major in Higher Vocational Education under the Integration of "Post Course Competition Certificate" Background

AbstractWith therapid developmentof theoral healthcare industry，digital technologyhas been widely applied.To adaptto this trend，the comprehensiveeducationconceptof"post coursecompetitioncertificate" has gradually become an important guiding direction forthe reform ofvocationaloral medicine education.The article systematically explains the basicconnotation ofthe integration of "postcoursecompetitioncertificate"，deeply analyzes the currentsituation oftalent cultivation inthe fieldoforal medicine inhigher vocationaleducation，andbasedonthe characteristicsoforal medicine and the laws of higher vocational education， proposes strategies such as meeting post competency requirements， integrating competition projectcontent，linking professional qualification standards，and deepeningthe integration mechanism of industry and education. The implementation of these strategies willhelp promote the comprehensive improvement of the qualityof talent cultivation in the fieldof oral medicine in higher vocational education， and provide more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the industry.
