Application Value of Standardized Management in the Psychiatric Nursing

Abstract：Objective：To explore theapplication value of standardized management in the risk preventionand control of psychiatric nursing.Methods： Atotal of85 inpatients in the psychiatrydepartment who were admittedto the Third People's Hospital of Lanzhou from January 2024 to December 2024were selected and divided into an experimental group of 43 cases and a control group of 42 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional psychiatric care，while the experimental group introduced a standardized management plan on this basis.The incidence of nursing risk events，the incidence of nursing erors，and patient compliance were observed，and SPSS27.0 statistical analysis was used.Results：The incidence of individualrisk eventsandthe total incidence （18.60%） in the experimental group were both lower than those in the control group （50.00%） ，theincidence of nursing errors （4.65%） ）in the experimental group was also lower than that in the control group （21.43%） ，and the total compliance rate of patients in terms of medication，cooperation with treatment and receiving care （93.02%） inthe experimental group was higher than that in the control group （ 76.19% .The differences were all statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Standardized management can precisely intervene in the risks of psychiatric care，reduce the incidence of risk events，and improve patients’ treatment compliance， which has important application value.
