Abstract： Based on the actual operation of the meteorological observation quality management system from 2023 to 2024，this article identifies both advantages and existing challnges of the meteorological observation quality managementsysteminXing'anLeague inpractice fromthedimensionsofqualitypolicy，riskidentification，operation mechanism，as well as management evaluation and improvement，and puts forward targeted rectification and improvementcountermeasures.Itaims to provide practicaland effective asistance and support for the development of meteorological observation business in Xing'an League.
