Study on the Application Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing during the Perioperative Period in Patients Undergoing Nucleus Pulposus Removal Surgery

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized pain nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing nucleus pulposus removal surgery.Methods: 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent nucleus pulposus removal surgery inthe Qilu Hospitalof Shandong University between January 2023and Januar 2025as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods received during the perioperative period,patients were divided into acontrol group (40 cases,receiving routine nursing mainly basedon medication analgesia and health education) and an observation group (4O cases,receiving standardized pain nursing).The differences in pain scores,lumbar spine mobility,lumbar spine dysfunction,and perioperative nursing satisfaction scores were compared.Results: There was no statisticallsignificant diference in NRS/VAS,ODI scores,and lumbar spine range of motion between the two groups during the TO period (P>0.05) .Scores in both groups decreased during theTl periodcompared to the TOperiod,andscores in the observationgroup Was lowerthan thoseinthecontrol group (P
