Application of Standardized Nursing in Interventional Patients with Congenital Heart Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract：Objective： To analyzethe clinical nursing needs of patients with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension，and explore the effect of standardized nursing on the prognosis of interventional therapy. Methods： A totalof 80 patients with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertensionadmitted to the HealthCare Departmentof Qilu Hospital of Shandong University fromJanuary 2022 to November2O24 werecolected as researchdata and randomly divided intoacontrol group and an observationgroup，with 40 cases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing.The difference of operation and prognosis between the two groups was compared. Results： The operation time of the observation group was shorter than thatof the control group，the postoperative pulmonaryartery pressure，pulmonaryartery diameter （low） of theobservation group wereshorter than thatof thecontrol group，and the total hospital stayof the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P<0.05） .The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） ）. Conclusion： Standardized nursing can shorten operation and hospital stay，reduce pulmonary artery pressure andcomplication rate，and have positive influence on the prognosis of interventional therapy.
