中医医院规范院内护理转运流程在急诊科危重患者转运中的效果分析

Abstract：Objective：Toanalyzethe effectofstandardized in-hospitalnursing transfer process oncriticallyillpatients intheemergency departments of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods：50criticalyillpatients who visited theEmergency DepartmentofShanghai JiadingDistrict Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2024 to April 2025 wereselected and divided into thecontrol groupand the experimental group according to the order of Visit， with 25cases ineach group.Thecontrolgroup implementedtheconventional transfer processwhilethe experimental group implemented the standardized in-hospital nursing transfer process.The efects of different nursing transfer plans were compared.Results： The transfer time of the experimental group was shorter than thatof the control group， P<0.05 ； The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， P<0.05 ： The scores ofeach itemof the cooperationdegree inin-ospital transfer in the experimental group wereallhigher than those in the control group， P<0.05 .Conclusion： In the transfer of critically ill patients in the Emergency Department of Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，implementing standardized in-hospital nursing transfer processcan significantlyshorten the transfer time，improve the cooperation degree of various departments in the hospital for transfer events，and ultimately ensure the safety of critically ill patients.
