Abstract： In recent years，China’surbanization process hascontinued to deepen，and the modernization of urban governance has been continuously improved.Under the joint promotion of policy guidance and market demand， the urban service industry has ushered in significant development opportunities. With the increasing demands for living standards，property servicecompanies have transitioned from traditional“within-the-red-line”management to comprehensive urban services，with the industryscale continuously expanding and showing athriving development trend.The urban service industry spans numerous fields， making the establishment of a comprehensive and advanced standards system along-term and necessary task.This paper aims to establish an overal plan and multi-dimensional management framework fortheindustrybyanalyzing thecontentand projectsofurban serviceindustryin Shenzhen. This willplay an extremely important role in promoting the comprehensive advancement of industry management and technology， as well as improving service quality.
