护理临床教学中应用PDCA循环标准化模式联合思维导图的效果研究

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the combined effect of PDCA cycle standardization mode and mind map mode during nursing clinical teaching.Methods: A total of 118 nursing students who underwent clinical nursing learning from January 2023 to December 2O24 were randomly selected as the experimental objects.They were divided into groups according todifferent nursing clinicalteaching modes in different years: theregular teachingmode was used from January 2023 to December 2023,and the PDCA cycle standardized mode+mind map mode wasused from January 2024 to December 2024.There were 59 students in each stage,and the teaching efects were recorded in the control group and observation group for comparative analysis.Results: Compared with the control group,the observation grouphadhigherscores intheoreticalassessmentandclinical practiceability,higherscores inthinkingabilityand higher satisfaction with variousaspects of teaching mode (P<0.05) .Conclusion:During clinical nursing teaching, the combination of PDCA cycle standardization mode and mind map mode has a more prominent effect,which can further improve the comprehensive performance and thinkingabilityof nursing students.Moreover,nursing students have higher satisfaction with the teaching mode, which has the value of promotion and popularization.

护理临床教学是当前培养护生临床实践能力的重要环节,其质量高低直接影响护理人才的职业素养和护理水平,而随着医疗技术的快速发展和护理需求的日益复杂,传统教学模式已经无法满足护生临床学习的实际需求,在知识整合、临床思维培养等方面显现出局限性[1]。(剩余3645字)
