企业社会责任报告评审标准化路径探索

——以上海市质量协会团体标准化实践为例

Abstract： Against the backdropof the growing importance of corporate social responsibility（CSR），CSR reports have becomeakeyvehicle forenterprises todisclose theirresponsibilityperformance，andthedevelopmentof scientific technical standards forreport evaluation isof greatsignificance.Basedon the needs of enterprises in Shanghai，over adecade of accumulated experience inreport evaluation，and the integration ofdomestic and international sustainable development theories and standards，Shanghai Association for Quality has developed and released the association standard Guidelines for review of social responsibility report.Through collaborative drafting by multiple entities， optimization based on pilot fedback，and promotion through multi-dimensional channels，the standard hasachieved remarkable results in its implementation： it has driven the number of entities issuing CSR reports to reach a new height，helped enterprises practiceESGconcepts，identified alarge numberof typical achievements，and empowered the high-qualityeconomicand social developmentof Shanghai.Practice shows that standardizationwork must focus on practical needs to refine content， gather diverse forces for colaborative advancement，and emphasize practical verificationas wellas promotion.The model formed thereby provides a referencefor standardization in other fields.
