Abstract：The standardizationand normalizationconstructionofjudicialexpertiseinstitutions is ancrucialpartof the constructionofalaw-based societyandthe reform of the national judicial system in China.Bystrengthening internal system construction， standardizing management process， enhancing the quality of personnel teams， optimizing equipment configuration，improving expertise environment，and strictlycontrolingquality management，the aimis to improve thequalityof judicial expertise work and enhance itscredibility.Thepaper takes theJudicial Expertise Center of Kunming Medical University as a typical case，deeply，and analyzes its specific practices and achievements in standardization and normalization construction，which aims to provide valuable reference for the management improvement of judicial expertise institutions.
