Abstract:Thisarticleaims toexplore thepathofcollborativeintegrationof thelabor educationandideologicaland political educationcurriculum systems incollges and universities underthebackgroundof the new era.Startingfrom the perspectiveof standardization, itanalyzes thenecesity,feasibilityand implementation plan of thecollaboration between the two.Through literature review,theoretical analysis and application investigation,it establishesa standardized curriculum system integration framework,thereby deepening the integration of labor education and ideological and political education,optimizing students’comprehensive quality and promoting their all-round development.Throughresearch,itisconcluded thatstandardizationisbeneficialtothenormalizationofcoursecontent andteaching processes,effectively leveraging the complementary advantages of the two educational forms,and providing new ideas and methods for talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new era.
