Abstract：The operation safetyof electric vehicle products is an important partof the safety supervision system of electric vehicles，nd itisthecoreconcernofconsumers forpersonaland propertysafety.Its riskassessment is the key link to buildasafe defense line.This paper expounds the status quoofstandardization of electric vehicle product operation safety in Chinaand the existing problems in the standards system.From the perspectives of product chain， operation safety chain and risk assssment chain，it analyzes the construction ideas and elements of establishing the standards systemof electric vehicle product operationsafetyriskassessment，and gives the framework ofthe standards systemand standardization suggestions to provide standardized solutions for the high-quality developmentof electric vehicle industry.
