Abstract： Against the backdrop of accelerating population aging the surging dem for community homebased elderlycare services，service stardization has becomeakey path toaddressing the industry’s dilemmas of “fragmentation”“non-stardization".This paper takes the practiceof thecommunity home-based elderlycare service stardization pilot （2022—2024）of Shum Yip （Shenzhen） ，as the research object，empiricallyanalyzes the entire pilot process，explores the stards systemconstruction，mechanism guarantee intelligent technology integration path， verifies the efectivenessof the paradigm of“stards leadership-mechanism guarantee-technology empowerment-value transformation".The research shows thatthrough the“four-dimensional integrated”stards system，“three-level guarantee”mechanism information integration， the pilot has achieved 100% service coverage rate， 100% stards implementation rate 97.5% customer satisfaction，providingareplicable plan for the stardization constructionof community home-based elderly care services in China being of great significance for the stardized development of the industry.
