Effect of Standardized Nursing in the Infusion Room Nursing of the Emergency Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Its Influence on the Nursing Quality Score

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application value of standardized nursing in the nursing management of the infusion room in the emergency departmentof traditional Chinese medicine.Methods： A total of 100 patients admitted to the Infusion Room ofthe Emergency Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai Jiading District HospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine fromJanuary2O24to January2025wereselectedanddividedintoacontrol group andan observation group bythe random number table method，with 50 cases ineach group.Thecontrol group was given conventional intervention，while theobservation group carried out standardized nursing.The occurrence of potentialsafetyhazards inthe infusionroomof the emergencydepartmentof traditional Chinese medicine，the scoreof nursing qualityandthesatisfaction with nursing work were compared betweenthetwo groups.Results： Compared with the control group，the incidence of potential safety hazards in the observation group was lower （P<0.05） ， the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher，andthe patients’satisfaction with the nursing work intheinfusion room of the emergency department of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group was higher （P<0.05）

Conclusion： The application value of standardized nursing in the infusion room nursing management of the emergency departmentof traditional Chinese medicine is relatively high，which isspecificallreflected inaspectssuch as“reducing nursing safety hazards， improving nursing quality，and enhancing patient satisfaction".
