Analysis of the Application Effect of Standardized Emergency Nursing in the Rescue of Critically Il Emergency Patients of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application effect of standardized emergency nursing in the rescue of critically ill patients in the emergency departments of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods： A total of 90 patients whoreceived rescue treatmentin the Emergency Departmentof Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2024to March2O25 were selectedand divided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group according to the lottery method，with 45cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived conventionalrescue nursing，while the observation group received standardized emergency nursing.The rescue time，rescue success rate， complicationrate and nursing satisfaction indicatorsof patients inthe two groups were evaluated，andthedataresults were compared and analyzed.Results： The rescue time and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the rescue successrate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the nursing satisfactionofpatients in theobservation group was higher than thatin thecontrol group.The differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The adoption of standardized emergency nursing in therescue ofcriticallyillpatients inthe emergencydepartments of traditional Chinese medicinehospitals hasagood application effect and value of promotion and application in clinical practice.
