电梯检验技术应用与安全保障研究

Abstract： This paper analyzes the innovative application path of Internet of Things and artificial intellgence technology in the fieldof inspection.By constructing areal-time monitoring systemandan inteligent evaluation model，the inspection modeis transformed from periodic to preventive.The study shows that machine vision based wire rope defect recognition technology can effectively solve the subjective deviation problem of manual inspection， while the dynamic risk assssment model can automatically adjust the inspection cycle according to the frequency of elevatoruse.These technological inovations are combined with management optimization measures such as the construction of inspection data platforms andtraining of practitioners，forming asafety assurance systemcovering the fullife cycle of equipment， providing a promotable technical solution for special equipment safety supervision.
